Executive Recharge Experience
I highly recommend the Executive Recharge Experience. I have had burnout before in my career, but for the first time ever I was so burned out that I did not want to get out of bed and face the day ahead. I had a lot going on in my personal life and work. I had reached a point where I did not want to look at my inbox at all and was in need of a break to reset, recharge and get some clarity.
I have known Scott for 8 years, knowing that he was the perfect person to contact given his experience in the demanding world of the Enterprise Software space. Scott responded to me very quickly and really listened to what I was looking for. After that he quickly created a tailored agenda and I soon booked dates.
The entire experience really paid off, and I now know the benefits of new techniques learned such as Meditation, Mindfulness and breathing techniques as well as having come away with ideas on how to structure my day to maintain balance. I have also created a 3 yr career/life plan and a new diet. All of these things combined will make you an executive athlete with clear vision, energy and techniques to help you perform better.
Since returning to work I have incorporated these practices into my daily routine and would encourage anyone else to do the same. If you are in need of a break and a digital detox then this is the perfect retreat.

I recently did the Meditation for High Performance course with Scott and I can honestly say it was exceptional. I lead a wild life balancing a fast-paced full-time job and owning and operating a start-up business on the side as well as somehow fitting in a highly social lifestyle. I was feeling burnt out, anxious, out of balance and I hadn’t been sleeping well for close to 18 months. The course itself was a great experience, an intimate group of non-judgemental people in a very relaxing and comfortable setting.
I have been able to apply this meditation to my everyday life with ease, which surprises me because I can’t stick to a diet to save myself. After the first day, I had the best sleep I have had in a really long time and this has continued to be consistent. I’m more mindful in my life choices - eating, drinking, meetings, exercise, getting out and being social. I feel much calmer, less anxious and able to mark smarter decisions with ease.
I highly recommend this course to anyone who feels stress and balance is becoming a problem. It’s easy to implement into everyday life and the benefits are incredible.
